INGREDIENT QUANTITY PROCEDURE
  1. 1 Preheat oven to 350 °F.

  1. 2 Cook 2 minutes less than package directions.
  2. 3 Rinse in cold water.
milk

  1. 4 Mix and stir until dissolved.
sodium citrate

butter

  1. 5 Melt butter in heavy-bottom sauce pan.
  2. 6 Whisk in flour, cook for ~2 minutes.
  3. 7 Slowly add milk mixture from above, while whisking.
  4. 8 Stir frequently, cooking until sauce thickens (~10 minutes).

  1. 9 Add to above mixture, stirring until cheese is melted (~3 minutes).

chili powder
1 4 tsp
garlic powder

panko
  1. 10 Combine pasta and sauce in an oven-proof baking dish.
  2. 11 Top with panko and an assortment of grated cheeses.
  3. 12 Bake for 20 minutes, un-covered.
  4. 13 Broil until top is at desired cwisp level.
  5. 14 Let sit for at least 5 minutes before serving.
