  1. 9 Boil until barely al-dente (~9 minutes, or 3 minutes less than package directions).
  1. 10 Ladle 1 2 cup pasta water into sausage skillet.
  2. 11 Add broccolini and garlic.
  3. 12 Simmer, stirring often and breaking up sausage further.
  1. 13 Transfer pasta to sausage skillet.
  2. 14 Ladle ~ 1 2 cup pasta water into skillet.
  3. 15 Cook ~4 minutes (until pasta absorbs liquid).
