🌚 Camouflage Chocolate Fudge Brownies 🐐

INGREDIENT QUANTITY PROCEDURE

  1. 1 Warm just enough until it's easy to stir. Use either a double broiler or microwave (go slow if using the microwave)

  1. 2 Mix into cream cheese
  2. 3 Divdide cream cheese mixture in half

vanilla extract, to taste

unsweetened cocoa powder

  1. 4 Mix into one half of the cream cheese mixture
  2. 5 Set both cream cheese bowls aside
butter, melted

  1. 6 Mix together in large bowl
instant espresso powder or coffee powder

sugar

unsweetened cocoa powder
80 g
salt
1 2 Tsp
eggs, chilled

  1. 7 Add to batter
vanilla exract
1 2 Tsp
flour

  1. 8 Add to batter and mix well
  2. 9 Set aside 1 2 cup brownie batter
  3. 10 Spread remaining batter into a parchment lined 8x8" or 9x9" (preferable) pan.
  4. 11 Add dollops of cream cheese, cocoa/cream cheese and brownie batter on top. It should look like a messy random pattern.
  5. 12 Bake at 325F until set and brownies no longer look wet, about 22-25 min.
