roma tomatoes

  1. 1 Dice to 1 4 - 1 2 " cubes.
  2. 2 Place in strainer and set aside (discarding juice).
garlic

  1. 3 Mince garlic, set aside.
basil
1 2 cup
  1. 4 Cut basil into chiffonade, set aside.
  1. 5 Place tomatoes in medium bowl.
olive oil
1 4 cup
  1. 6 Stir in to tomatoes.
salt & pepper
  1. 7 Stir in to tomatoes.
  1. 8 Stir in the garlic.
balsalmic vinegar.
2 tsp
  1. 9 Splash in.
  1. 10 Add basil, gingerly toss.
