INGREDIENT QUANTITY PROCEDURE
  1. 1 Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. 2 Butter springform pan.
  3. 3 Dust with granulated sugar.

  1. 4 Beat on medium until smooth and creamy (~3 minutes).

lemon juice

vanilla extract

  1. 5 Add two at a time.
all-purpose flour

  1. 6 Reduce speed to low and add.
  2. 7 Mix until just combined.

  1. 8 In a new bowl, beat egg whites to soft peaks.
  2. 9 Gradually fold in to goat cheese mixture.
  3. 10 Scrape into pan.
  4. 11 Bake until top is set but slightly jiggly in center (~30-35 minutes).
