🌚 Hoisin Beef with Peppers 🐐

beef (chuck or skirt)

  1. 1 Combine in a medium bowl.
green onion (minced)
1 4 cup
hoisin sauce
3 tbsp
garlic (microplaned)
1 tbsp
rice wine
2 tsp
ginger (microplaned)
1 tsp
sesame oil
2 tsp
soy sauce
1 2 tsp
salt
1 8 tsp
pepper
red bell pepper

  1. 2 Slice into bite-sized pieces.

green onion (thinly sliced)

  1. 3 Combine.
rice wine vinegar
2 tsp
peanut or veggie oil
1 tbsp
  1. 4 Heat wok on high heat.
  2. 5 Spread beef mixture into a single layer, cook undisturbed until it starts to sear (~1 minute).
  3. 6 Stir fry until lightly browned (~1 minute).
  4. 7 Transfer to a plate.

  2. 9 Add bell pepers and peas, stir frying until peppers soften.
  3. 10 Return beef and add green onion mixture.
  4. 11 Stir fry until beef is cooked through (~1-2 minutes).
