🌚 Morgan's Hummus 🐐

INGREDIENT QUANTITY PROCEDURE
dried garbonzo beans
8 oz
  1. 1 Add to instant pot and cover with water such that there is 2" of water over the beans
  2. 2 Cook on high for 33-35 min, on the bean setting
  3. 3 Drain

  1. 4 Food process to desired consistency
  2. 5 Add more lemon, garlic, olive oil and/or salt as desired
  3. 6 Water can be used to thin the hummus for a smoother consistency

  1. 7 (Optional) For a roast red pepper and garlic hummus, proceed with the following steps:
  2. 8 Char bell peppers on stove top
  3. 9 With the head of garlic in tact (peel/skin and all), put garlic in ramekin, pour olive oil on top, roast at 350F for 30-40min
  4. 10 Remove garlic peel
  5. 11 Add bell peppers and garlic to hummus and blend
