ginger (microplaned)

chicken thigh

  1. 1 Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  2. 2 Combine in a medium bowl.

soy sauce
1 tsp
corn starch
1 tsp
ground white pepper
1 4 tsp
orange zest
from one orange
chili bean sauce
1 tsp
grape tomatoes
1 cup
  1. 3 Halve.
chicken broth
1 4 cup
  1. 4 Combine in small bowl.
rice vinegar
2 tsp
rice wine
1 tbsp
corn starch
1 2 tsp
green onion
1 2 cup
peanut or veggie oil
2 tbsp
  1. 5 Heat wok over high until oil shimmers.
  2. 6 Add ginger, stir fry until fragrant (~10 seconds).
  3. 7 Add chicken, spread into even layer, and cook undisturbed for 1 minute.
  4. 8 Add chili bean mixture, stir fry until chicken is lightly browned (~1 minute).
  5. 9 Add tomatoes, stiy fry until just combined (~30 seconds).
  6. 10 Add broth mixture, stir fry until chicken cooked through (~1 minute).
