  1. 1 Bring a large pot of water to a boil
  2. 2 Add salt
  3. 3 Boil farro until done, 10-12 min
orange zest

grated ginger

to taste
pistachios, roasted
  1. 5 Chop finely and add to bowl
  2. 6 Add farro to bowl, then mix
  3. 7 Add dressing then mix
