INGREDIENT QUANTITY PROCEDURE
russet potatoes
2 lbs
  1. 1 Toss in olive oil & salt and then smoke for about 1 hour at 350F
  2. 2 Let cool then dice & put in a bowl

  3. 5 Optional add in's: celery, red onion, hard boiled eggs, celery seed, green bell pepper
