🌚 Raincoast Crisp Crackers 🐐

INGREDIENT QUANTITY PROCEDURE
butter milk

  1. 1 Combine and let sit at room temperature
brown sugar

honey
2 Tbsps
pumpkin seeds

  1. 2 Toast in a pan on the stove top until aromatic
seasame seeds
2 Tbsps
flax seed
2 Tbsps
all purpose flour

  1. 3 Combine in a large bowl
  2. 4 Add toasted seeds
  3. 5 Add buttermilk mixture
  4. 6 Add ingredients for 1 of the options below
  5. 7 Stir well and pour into a parchment lined 8" x 4" pan
  6. 8 Bake at 350°F until golden brown, about 35min
  7. 9 Let loaf cool completely
  8. 10 Wrap in plastic wrap
  9. 11 Freeze for at least several hours. This makes it easier to slice thin
  10. 12 Slice loaf and lay slices on a parchment lined baking sheet
  11. 13 Bake at 300°F until crispy, about 20 min.
