  2. 6 Pour batter on top of graham cracker mixture
  3. 7 Bake at 350 for about 30 min
  4. 8 Cool to room temp then place in fridge

  1. 9 Place water in the bowl of a stand mixer
  2. 10 Add gelatin, salt, vanilla
  3. 11 Let sit ~10min

  2. 13 Whisk in stand mixer for about 10 min, until thick, fluffy and pulls away from whisk
  3. 14 Spread over brownie layer
  4. 15 Refrigerate 2-4 hours then cut (with oiled knife) and serve
