of sun dried tomatoes

  1. 1 Drain the oil from the tomatoes but keep the oil

  1. 2 Add to blender
  2. 3 Add about half of the reserved sun dried tomato oil
  3. 4 Add a bit of water
  4. 5 Blend, adding more water/oil as necessary to achieve desired taste and texture
  5. 6 Add anything else as needed to taste
Freshly grated parmesan, a lot
