INGREDIENT QUANTITY PROCEDURE
ciabatta or sourdough
1 loaf
  1. 1 Cut the top of the bread loaf out and remove all the insides
tomato (sliced)

  1. 2 Layer ingredients inside of the bread shell
sliced meat, prosciutto, coppa etc
4 oz
mozzerella, (sliced)
10 oz
butter lettuce
1 head
basil
oil
  1. 3 Drizzle oil and balsamic vinegar inside the stuffed sandwich
  2. 4 Put the bread top back on
  3. 5 Wrap tightly in plastic wrap
  4. 6 Place in the fridge with a heavy object, like a dutch oven, on top
  5. 7 The next day, slice and serve
