🌚 Za'atar Chicken with Garlicky Yogurt 🐐

INGREDIENT QUANTITY PROCEDURE
  1. 1 Pre-heat oven to 350°F.

  2. 3 Place into large baking dish.

  1. 4 Cut into 1" wedges, add to bowl.

  1. 5 Quarter, remove seeds, add to bowl.

  1. 6 Cut in half, oil exposed surface, add to bowl.

  1. 7 Toss everything together, and arrange so garlic is face down and touching pan.
  2. 8 Bake, rotating half-way through, until chicken is falling off the bone (~50-60 minutes).
  3. 9 Broil or roast until chicken skin is golden brown.
  4. 10 Reserve oily juices for step below.

  1. 12 After chicken is done baking, pour reserved oil the spice mix and stir.
