INGREDIENT QUANTITY PROCEDURE
Dry Rub
  1. 1 Rub brisket
  2. 2 Let rest overnight in fridge
  1. 3 Preheat Traeger to 225°F
  2. 4 Place brisket, fat side down, on grill grate
  3. 5 Cook until internal temp of 160°F
beef broth
  1. 6 Double wrap meat in aluminum foil and add beef broth to foil packet
  2. 7 Return brisket to grill
  3. 8 Cook until internal temperature reaches 204°F
  4. 9 Let rest 15 min. Too long of a rest and the meat will dry out
  5. 10 Slice against the grain. Serve
