  1. 1 Simmer over low heat until thickened
  2. 2 Place in the bowl of a KitchenAid and put in fridge

  1. 3 Add to the KitchenAid bowl and whip until nice and fluffy, likely several minutes
heavy cream
750 g
mascarpone
500 g
vanilla paste
2 Tsp
Cake Rusk (Twice Baked Cake)
  1. 4 In a 9" x 13" pan, add a layer of cake rusk dipped in chai, then cream then cake rusk then cream again
  2. 5 Let sit in the fridge 24 hours
  3. 6 Slice & enjoy!
