INGREDIENT QUANTITY PROCEDURE

  1. 1 Whisk in medium bowl.

all-purpose flour
120 g
unsalted butter
85 g
  1. 2 Cut into cubes.
  2. 3 Work in to dry mixture by hand (until some pea-sized pieces remain).

  1. 4 Drizzle egg into flour/butter mixture.
  2. 5 Mix gently to combine.
  3. 6 Knead until smooth.
  4. 7 Form dough into puck.
  5. 8 Wrap tightly in plastic wrap.
  6. 9 Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
