🌚 Savory Galette with Goat Cheese, Onion, & Asparagus 🐐

INGREDIENT QUANTITY PROCEDURE

  1. 1 Thinly slice.
  2. 2 Saute over medium heat until golden brown (~20-25 minutes).

  1. 3 Finely chop.
  2. 4 Mix into paste.

4 oz
asparagus
  1. 5 Trim & cut into bite-sized pieces.
  2. 6 Toss with olive oil & salt.

Basic Galette Dough
  1. 7 Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. 8 Roll dough into 1 4 " thick circle.
  3. 9 Transfer to parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. 10 Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  5. 11 Leaving a two inch border, spread goat cheese, then onions, then asparagus.
  6. 12 Fold edges over filling to form galette.
  7. 13 Bake until crust is deep-golden brown (~45-50 minutes).
